Rescue a Reef

Coral reefs are dwindling. The reasons for this are numerous, including over-fishing, using dynamite to fish, pollution, and more. We need to do all we can to protect our reefs because they do so much for life on this planet. They contain one of the most diverse ecosystems and protect our shorelines from waves and storms. At the Seaquarium, you’ll learn what you can do to protect this precious natural resource.

Conservation Outpost

If you and your family are interested in learning more about ocean conservation, the lovely people at the Seaquarium can help. This exhibit provides a timeline of conservation achievements accomplished by the Seaquarium over the last 60 years.
